Notebook Computer Workspace

I'm trying to setup an ergonomic solution to using my laptop as a primary computer. This means raising the screen to a comfortable level, a fullsize multimedia keyboard and mouse.

Griffin Elevator (aka iCurve 2) ($30)
USB 2.0 hub ($10)
keyboard ($20) - I would prefer to have the USB hub be built into the keyboard, but the selection is very poor, and none of them are 2.0
