Filling: Cream Cheese? Crust: 1 ten-oz package shortbread 1/8 lb melted butter Filling: 16 oz cream cheese 1/2 C sugar 2 large eggs 1 T vanilla Sour cream topping: 1 pint sour cream 3/8 C sugar 1 t vanilla Crush shortbread, pour over butter and mix, press into spring form pan. Refrigerate crust. Beat sugar, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into shell and smooth out. Bake at 350° for 30 min. For top, combine sourcream, sugar, and vanilla. Spoon on.
