Abes Macaroni
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp butter (T) 1/4 stick 24 ounce tomato sauce half lb cottage cheese (probaby pint sized) 8 oz philly cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup green onions 3 T bellpepper diced 2 T margarine 1 small yellow onion fresh garlic parmesan sprinkle precook elbow macaroni 12 oz oil in pan, brown onions with bellpeppers, THEN garlic and meat, brown meat, stir in tomato sauce, use butter instead of oil, slowly simmer til thickens 15 to 20 min, melt cream cheese, maybe only 3 oz, until thickens again, sour cream and cottage cheese, add slow, melt into pan, keep stirring, toss in macaroni, then last green onions jalapenos in this recipe sound good?
